Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

We do not offer returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Australian consumers still have rights to a repair, replacement or refund if consumer guarantees are not met.
