We ship within Australia and worldwide.

Shipping rates:

• Australia: $25 AUD PER ITEM (Temporarily)

• International: $185 AUD flat rate (Temporarily)

Orders are packed carefully and shipped after payment is received. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, and customs processing for international orders.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. International customers may also be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

Because our items are handmade wood products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before purchasing. Each item is unique, and natural variations in wood grain, colour, shape and finish are part of the product.

If your item arrives damaged or has a major fault, please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. ACCC says businesses can refuse change-of-mind refunds, but cannot remove consumer guarantee rights for faulty products.

By purchasing from Watiya Creations, you agree to these terms.

All products are handmade wood items. Natural differences in wood grain, colour, shape and finish are part of the product and are not faults.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars unless shown otherwise. We may update prices or product availability at any time.

Orders are processed after payment is received. Shipping times may vary depending on location, product size and courier availability.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

We do not offer returns for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number.

Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Australian consumers still have rights to a repair, replacement or refund if consumer guarantees are not met.
